I use Zoho One. Why would I use Dynamics 365?

Selecting the right CRM Software for your company is complicated with various features, options, and offers to consider. There are many providers, and it can be difficult to compare like-for-like. It really comes down to “which system will better meet my needs?”.

Chances are, if you are reading this article, you are already familiar with both Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to some extent.

In case you aren’t familiar, here is a brief overview of what Zoho One and D365:

Zoho One: A broad set of applications that work collectively to run an entire business on the cloud. It includes more than 35 web applications and an equal number of mobile apps, covering customer management, finance & operations and team collaboration.

Microsoft Dynamics 365: Microsoft’s end-to-end cloud-based CRM and ERP platform. The CRM applications aim to support businesses to qualify leads, manage sales opportunities, improve processes, build stronger relationships, optimise marketing campaigns, and gain a clearer view of your business. The ERP side, including Business Central, is suitable for small to mid-sized businesses and designed to help manage financials, manufacturing, shipping, projects, services, and more.

Dynamics 365 can be tailored to fit your exact business needs, therefore, if you are looking for a bespoke platform then Dynamics 365 is a better fit. However, if you are looking for a low-cost option and are happy to adapt some of your processes to fit an off-the-shelf product, then Zoho One might be better suited; it all comes to down to your needs.

One of the prime benefits to Dynamics 365 is that it is part of the Microsoft eco-system, so if your business is already familiar with Microsoft products and uses applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc, every day, then Dynamics 365 seamlessly integrates with these – Find out more about this here.

Another benefit to Dynamics 365 is the deliverability of the solution. Microsoft work with ‘Partners’ across the world to deliver D365 to businesses of all sizes. As a Partner ourselves, we work with you to fully understand your business, challenges and requirements (both current and future), in order to design your solution to fit your needs. The Partner will be an extension of your team, working with you to get the most value out of your technology, in a way that suits you best.

In conclusion, if you are already using Microsoft Office 365 or other Microsoft products and are looking to move away from Zoho to a more bespoke system, Dynamics may be the next product for you.
