Dynamics 365 Team Member

Dynamics 365 Team Member license is a basic license, best suited for businesses who have ‘light’ users of the Dynamics 365 solution.

Microsoft recognised that most organisations have a set of users who require limited access to the applications and just perform simple tasks like entering timesheets or updating records, so do not require full user capabilities. Through a Team Member license, users have full read access across the Dynamics 365 applications, however, they are restricted to the activities they can perform.

  • Excel and Word integration
  • Read all data, including standard and custom tables

Restricted customisation capability, including:

  • Create, read, update and delete contacts, activities, and notes
  • Access Team Member model-driven apps only
  • Create and modify up to 15 additional tables
  • Update their own employee information
