Before the projects starts, it’s essential that we understand your key business processes, which forms the basis of our requirements gathering; highlighting where standard Dynamics 365 can support your business and provide a platform to discuss where potential customisations will be required to meet your needs.
Now that we have a good understanding of your business requirements, we set-up Dynamics 365 and configure the system around your business processes. We also design solutions for any customisations required.
Once the design phase is complete and signed off, the main solution build will commence. This is where non-standard requirements which involve customisations will be defined, developed and thoroughly tested.
4. Train & Accept
A solution prototype is presented to form the beginning of the training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. Bespoke workshops are delivered to ensure users have the right knowledge to test the solution, before planning for go-live.
Once the system has been tested and the overall solution has been approved, go-live planning and preparations commence, to ensure a smooth deployment.
After the system goes live, the solution is then handed over to our helpdesk for continued support. For us, go-live is not the end of the project, it’s just the beginning. Adopting and embedding this new technology, is what is really key to a successful project.
